Telephonics Corporation raises Stake in Mahindra Telephonics from 26% to 49%
The Telephonics Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffon Corporation has recently confirmed the increased in equity interest in the Joint Venture company Mahindra Telephonics Integrated Systems (MTIS) from 26% to 49%. Mahindra Telephonics Integrated Systems (MTIS) is a JV between India’s Mahindra Defence Systems and Telephonics.
