FDI in Mahindra Telephonics
Telephonics Corp obtained the Foreign Investment Promotion Board approval to raise its stake in Mahindra Telephonics Integrated Systems Ltd. The joint venture company to raise the stake to 49% from 26%. Mahindra Defence, which is part of Mahindra Group, currently owns 74% of Mahindra Telephonics.
