India may buy Litening-4, Spice bomb & Spike ATGM from Israel

India is planning to buy the military items worth around $3 billion from Israel. The list includes the acquisition of 164 laser-designation pods or 'Litening-4' for IAF fighters as well as 250 advanced 'Spice' precision stand-off bombs. Most likely it should be cleared by CCS within a month. There also plans in pipeline to discuss the long delayed negotiation contract for an initial Rs 3,200-crore contract for 321 'Spike' anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) systems and 8,356 missiles.
